Last week, I received a text from one of my best friends, complaining about the timeline of their life not turning out the way they’d been hoping for years. They had a plan, you see – as we often all do. But, as the famous saying goes, we plan, God laughs. Life usually doesn’t turn out as we plan, which can lead to a lot of frustration, and often, sadness. Your plan has your life going one way, but life makes a sudden turn – that’s how it usually goes, right? Well, instead of letting yourself get frustrated and upset about it, imagine what life could be saving you from. Your path might have led to you getting hurt by someone that used to be in your life but suddenly isn’t anymore.
